For 3 years I have attended tournaments at this facility. Each year the front desk staff has been inconsiderate at best. They even went so far as to interupt a semifinal game and took almost 7 minutes off of the clock and changed the remainder of the game to a running clock. I am sure Kettler is great for learn to skate and stick and puck or whatever. But it is not worth having a tournament there. The D-league is full of C1 and/or B level players. There are a very few novices there and they basically skate around and do nothing. The D league is supposed to be novice, but when you have junior level and other advanced level players out there skating all around beginner level hockey players it becomes a farce.
